I started in the appliance industry 16 years ago, delivering appliances and learning the trade from the ground up. For the past ten years, I’ve worked as a master service technician.
In 2025, I started Dan Jones Appliance Repair to bring that experience to my own locally owned business. I believe in showing up on time, communicating clearly, and taking the time to get the job done right.

The part was not in stock with any local suppliers, nothing Dan could do about that. On the second day the part was in and he came back first thing that morning and we were running again. I feel he went out of his way to get us running as quickly as possible, which is very important with a fridge full of food.
